Jose (pronounced Josie) is an experienced Craniosacral therapist based in Sussex.
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands-on therapy that works with the body’s natural ability to restore and heal itself. This subtle yet powerful therapy gets to the heart of the problem, wherever it is in your body. It is effective for everyone including babies and the elderly.
Using light touch, the practitioner listens to the body as a whole, helping it to shift into stillness and access a deep healing state. In this state, the body physiology engages, allowing long-held patterns of pain, tension and trauma to be safely transformed and released. It is a deeply nourishing therapy that can also help build underlying energy.
Jose decided to become a Craniosacral therapist after experiencing the profound effects of this therapy first-hand. Having had a life-long interest in complementary approaches to health and well-being, she qualified in 2005 as a Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist and continues to expand her skills through post-graduate trainings. Jose enjoys helping clients of all ages, with a wide variety of health conditions.
